Steamed Kale
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups kale cut into 1/2 inch strips (removing the tough lower stem is optional)
Bring a steamer pot with plenty of water in it to a boil. Place the kale in the steamer basket, cover with a lid and steam until the kale is a deep, bright green color. Remove and cool on a tray or plate, then serve.
