Scallion White Miso Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 scallions roughly cut into 2" pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 1/2 tablespoons shoyu
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a blender and set to puree. Once a creamy texture is obtained and there are no pieces of scallion remaining, remove from blender and store in a glass jar or bottle.
